The worst service I have ever experienced. The service we brought the car in for wasn’t even done. We had to bring it in several weeks later and pay for a rental car….again. And I don’t think the service was brought the car in for wasn’t even done. We had to bring it in several weeks later and pay for a rental car….again. And I don’t think the service was done this time either as we did not receive any report at time of pick up. The receipt said it was done, but it also said there was a complimentary car wash and that wasn’t done either. They charged us for something when we had a warranty that we paid for at the time of purchase. They are not to be trusted. More

Gosch tried to get our plastic damage on our transit fixed via Ford warranty. Ford declined the repair and rather than gosch stepping up and fixing what needs to be fixed, they (Danny) stopped respondin fixed via Ford warranty. Ford declined the repair and rather than gosch stepping up and fixing what needs to be fixed, they (Danny) stopped responding to our emails. I wanted gosch to get this fixed and for doing so we would be purchasing 5-10 transit vans next year. Unless this gets fixed, we will be purchasing our vehicles from a different dealer. Upper management, give me a call to sort this out. It’s in your best interest and we can really make something great come out of this. More
