The dealership is clean and I didn't have to wait very long to get greeted. I've been to other dealerships and their coffee machines were on. Goschs' was not. I tried to buy a car four times, each time there was no follow up. I don’t think they want to sell cars. I was supposed to receive a call on Monday which I never did. Needed to get normal service done, oil change, tire rotation, initially they didn't rotate the rear tires on my 2019 F350 Dually, turned out to be confusion with the service tech. But Tony the service rotation, initially they didn't rotate the rear tires on my 2019 F350 Dually, turned out to be confusion with the service tech. But Tony the service manager and Van the service writer were excellent and made sure all my concerns were taken care of and the service was completed to my satisfaction.
