Alex the service gentlemen who i dealt with was very helpful and professional. He looked over past service records and let me know everything had been done correctly to that point. First Visit Brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and a tire rotation. After an hour and a half, I was informed by the service advisor that the car was ready but she needed to do the "paperwork." once informed that the car was ready I was directed to wait outside where I waited nearly another 30 minutes. I think that a simple oil change and tire rotation should not require a 2 hr. wait. Also. there was oil or grease marks from the mechanics shoes in the interior portion of the door. More
