Useless. Had a smog code problem on my 1998 F150. Service rep said they could diagnose. A day later he calls and says they can't work on it - too old - they d Had a smog code problem on my 1998 F150. Total frustration, waste of time and gas. Go Elsewhere! Oh, and I'm shopping for a new F150, But not here!! More
I picked it up and my seatbelt was jammed. They took it in the back and managed to fix it after about 15-20 min. Couldn’t fix the rattle in my dash. Had it for 3 days and “couldn’t duplicate” They took it in the back and managed to fix it after about 15-20 min. Couldn’t fix the rattle in my dash. Had it for 3 days and “couldn’t duplicate” but 100 yards out of the dealership and it wouldn’t even be quiet. I think they drove it too hard and fast to hear anything but engine and wind noise. And a nut fell on my foot from under the dash. I’m done with them. The advisor was very nice and seemed to care though. More
