I applied online and was told I would be pre-approved for X amount of money. I found the vehicle I wanted and the rep refused to adjust the price on the USED vehicle that was so "new" it hadn't even been wa X amount of money. I found the vehicle I wanted and the rep refused to adjust the price on the USED vehicle that was so "new" it hadn't even been washed yet. After paying FULL ticket price for the vehicle, I was guaranteed a new molding replacement and a spare key. That was 6 months ago today! I tried calling her numerous times, but she never returned my phone calls. Finally she no longer works at Perry Ford, however, I'll never buy from them again. More
