HORRIBLE/UNPROFESSIONAL Me and my husband traded a brand new car to get two used vehicles we were worried about them being used so we wanted to make sure we carried over the Me and my husband traded a brand new car to get two used vehicles we were worried about them being used so we wanted to make sure we carried over the GAP coverage, we needed two vehicles because we were both working and needed to commute back and forth and one car wasn’t doing it anymore. I had many issues with my vehicle it is a KIA and I have been back and forth many times and durning this snow storm my vehicle was totaled, causing a total loss and the dealership is telling me that I declined the GAP coverage the man said if you can prove other wise you call us back. Who says that I was there that night from 2pm-10pm the sales man waited and the person who “sealed the deal” was tied up with other people selling cars I would never recommend this dealer I regret everything with them!! Huge lesson learned in life NEVER DEAL WITH KIA THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! More
