We would have been treated better by Crazy Jim's slick Used car sales. EVERYONE we dealt with lied through their teeth at us, from the service manager, to the sales manager, to the finance guy, to the general manager. We settled on a true car price over the phone, drove 1 hr and 15minutes to the dealership, and they would not honor the telephone agreement when we arrived because " the regional manager would not approve the deal"!!!! You've got to be kidding me! Would NEVER buy a car from Acura Carland again!!! More
Another great experience We called in late afternoon on a Saturday to the service department at Acura Carland because our battery had died and we had to jump start it. We went in immediately to have the battery assessed to make sure the problem did not extend beyond that. Our car was looked at immediately, assessed, and the battery was deemed in need of replacement. We were in and out inside of 45 minutes. Love the service crew there! More
