Don't understand why this hasn't occurred. I was sold the plan with the promise that I would have hassle free routine maintenance experiences. Still waiting for that to happen. Exceptional Service Center with Exceptional People Back in 2006 I bought one of the last RSXs coming overseas from this dealership. It was, and still is, my first car. There have been a few service advisors that have come and gone over the years, but Gil has been by far the best advisor I have worked with at Acura Carland. I fully believe that due to his help on making sure my car gets all the required and recommended service my RSX still runs great and is as much fun to drive as the day I first took it home. His knowledgeable opinions helps me choose which items should take priority so that I can work within a budget at each visit. Acura made a great product and thanks to people like Gil my car will last me at least another 10 years. Very accommodating I recently had a great experience. I was provided with a new TLX as a loaner car.
