Great dealership, great salesman We've dealt with Acura Carland's service department for the past 20 years, but this was our first buying experience, and it couldn't have been better. We've dealt with Acura Carland's service department for the past 20 years, but this was our first buying experience, and it couldn't have been better. My husband had spoken with Michael Tran earlier & the RDX we desired was sitting ready for us to test drive when we arrived Saturday AM. It was a no pressure experience; Mike took us out for the test drive, demonstrated all its features and had the paperwork ready in short order. Since we didn't wish to trade in our Acura Integra GSR, it was a straight purchase and quickly done. All warranties, maintenance were explained & he even fed us lunch while we waited for the car to be detailed. Prior to leaving the dealership, Michael synched both our iPhones to the on board computer, reviewed the many wonderful features of the cockpit, explained the "key" fob features, and sent us off with a full tank of gas. More
