I currently have 228k miles on my car and it still runs like the first day I purchased the vehicle in 2007. Gil Michelson has been my Service Advisor since 2010; Gil is pleasant, responsive, and professional. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and is genuinely concerned whenever I bring in my car for maintenance and repairs. He thoroughly explains the service required and he keeps me apprised of any additional service I may need at that particular service appointment or in the near future. Gil is a pleasure to work with and he is my go to guy when I have questions or concerns about my vehicle. More
Terrible Sales Experience My wife and I visited this dealership on Sunday. We are currently in the market for a 3 row SUV as our current Lexus lease is coming due and have bee My wife and I visited this dealership on Sunday. We are currently in the market for a 3 row SUV as our current Lexus lease is coming due and have been testing out different models each week for a few weeks now. I pretty much walked away from this dealership after about 5 minutes. It started off with the sales person trying to show me several different things about the car. Which i was not interested in. All of my research was completed prior to my arrival at the dealership. At this point since I couldn't get a moment to talk to my wife about the car without the sales person around, I ushered to continue in another direction with the test drive. He indicated that they use a demo model instead of cars off the lot which was fine. I proceeded to get into the car and much to my surprise I wouldn't be able to talk to my wife either as the sales person got into the back of the car. In the past 10 years and 12-15 cars I have purchased, I don't think I have ever had a sales person come on a test drive. It didn't matter if I was buying a Honda or a Mercedes. Having leased two Acuras before, I already knew this was not the experience to be expected from an Acura dealer. I decided I was going to attempt the test drive even with the sales person in the back as I had already wasted a half hour driving out to the dealer on a Sunday. I pulled out on to the street and he immediately started giving me directions on where to do my test drive. Needless to say, I quickly made two U-turns and pulled back into the dealer 2 minutes later. Walked to my car and left. I guess this weekend, I'll attempt another Acura dealer in the city to try out the vehicle. I can understand how some of those sales tactics might work if you are selling a 10K Honda Fit or Civic. However, I'm at a complete loss at the effectiveness of them relating to the sale of a 60K suv. More

Most of the time I've had this car, I've traveled considerably. (I'm a single woman, senior adult, traveling alone.) Gil assists with providing for transportation if the needed service requires keeping the car an extended length of time. He is aware of my concern that my car is always ready for lengthy road trips, and helps me feel confident that I'm driving a "safe" car.
