Bought our soon to be 16 year old son a car and the experience was pleasurable. Omid was professional, courteous and most of all helpful in making our car buying experience one to remember. His attention to detail and willingness to make sure our family was treated with the highest customer service level the entire day. I have purchased many cars in my life and sometimes the experiences have not always been good but this is a different Sales Person as really he is a relationship driven individual whom Acura Car Land must be ecstatic about him representing them. He has been there 8 years and you can tell Omid and the entire Team at this Dealership values every customer that walks through that door. They surprised me I am obliged to write this comment because of the surprise phone call I received from them a few days after I bought a used car from them. I bought a I am obliged to write this comment because of the surprise phone call I received from them a few days after I bought a used car from them. I bought a 2014 (one year old) SUV and I was very mad when they told me the second set of key could not be located. This is almost a brand new car and my expectation was it should have come complete with all accessories. To make things worst I discovered after I arrived home that the manual is also missing. I decided to live with it. Some told me that the second key could cost me anywhere between $800 and $1200. A few days later they called me to inform me that they tracked the original owner and collected both the keys and the manual. What a moment. I give them a plus. I recommend this dealership to others. Marcus McWhorter explained everything to us and what he was offering us and answered all of our questions with pride and confidence. I would recommend Acura Carland to family and friends because of the great experience. Mark Lieberman took the time to sit in our new car and show us as much features as possible before leaving the dealership and told us to call him if we had any questions regarding the new car we had purchased.
