Highly Recommend I havent bought a car in 17 yrs and really dreaded the thought of having to go through the whole car-buying process. We met with Kye Jun who showed us all the cars they had on the lot with no hassle. Even when we decided to go with an RDX and not the MDX, she showed us again all the cars on the lot. The time she took with us to explain all the details with no pressure to buy was great for us. We enjoyed our experience and look forward to another Acura purchase in the future. More

For a overall car dealership experience, not bad My salesman James Mangham was pretty quick to call me back about my online inquiry. I went to see the vehicle the same day, and was not very pressured My salesman James Mangham was pretty quick to call me back about my online inquiry. I went to see the vehicle the same day, and was not very pressured to buy. They offered comparison of same vehicles for sale in the area and provided car fax. The sales manager Jason Scobie did reduce the price by $976! I opted for financing through my bank, but they did offer to use theirs and match interest rate and have GAP coverage without a deductible. The dealership does have a Allstate office in the dealership. I met with an agent under the impression they only needed to confirm insurance coverage. My ID card was not sufficient. I had print my full policy declarations to suffice. I have coverage with their affiliate Encompass. The agent Tanya then proceeded to degrade Encompass and then my knowledge of the insurance marketplace. As an insurance agent that writes coverage for Encompass and 14 other carriers, with 9 years as an insurance agent, I have never treated a potential client as she did me. I am surprised I did not cancel the deal I had just completed. The Allstate experience was they only reason for 4 out of 5 stars. More

Had a great experience - wasn't hounded or preyed on like other dealerships. Very cool and chill people! Helpful friendly staff. Worked with James on purchasing our used TSX - spoke over the phone/text and in person - very responsive and informative. Took care of us through the whole process. Also had the pleasure of working with their service department! EVERYONE was top notch - quality people - quality service. Offered me services I wasn't aware I was entitled to. Emissions machine was broken before I purchased my car - and received a call today saying the machine has been fixed and If I bring it back they'll go ahead and take care of the emissions for free! or if I want take it to a shop and they'll reimburse me the full amount... was not expecting that! Acura Carland of Duluth really hits the mark! Acura Carland is the benchmark! Definitely recommend to friends and family. More
