I found myself loyal to another location because it was closer when I needed to visit family and it just worked out. I came back here with a major issue, this location being closest to my home. I cannot tell you guys how great of an experience it was. No questions, demands, no excuses. From the moment I got in to the day I left with my vehicle back and functioning again you guys have me sold on making you my primary location and hopefully primary sales location if the numbers can be negotiated right someday. I purchased this MDX the month before my 1st grandchild was born. I had the pleasure of taking him with me for this most recent service. I didn't have an appointment ahead of time but Jose' welcomed me as always. Naturally, my grandson wanted to look at new cars :-) Once he saw the big, screen TV in the waiting are, he was quite content. I explained AGAIN to him when/why I purchased this particular car and how well it runs. He DID ask why we had to come 'all the way over here' to get service.
