It has been 93 days since I bought a vehicle with highland park. I still haven’t gotten my registration and now my temporary registration is now expired and I am bound to my home. If I do leave the h highland park. I still haven’t gotten my registration and now my temporary registration is now expired and I am bound to my home. If I do leave the house I will most likely get a ticket since this dealership hasn’t gotten me my plates. I would love for someone to actually get back to me since I have already called around 4 times today and everyone is always busy. Worst dealership I have ever worked with. More

The service at this dealership has always been exceptional, which is why I’ve continued to buy vehicles here over the years, even before the change in ownership. From the moment we started talking, Nick was professional, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and walked me through every step of the process without any pressure. Nick personally handled my entire deal, from evaluating my trade-in to finalizing the paperwork, and made the experience completely seamless. Bought a car from Acura Highland Park almost 3 months ago, while working with finance the guy had added thousands of dollars in add ons without my permission, quite literally trying to scam me. I didn't ago, while working with finance the guy had added thousands of dollars in add ons without my permission, quite literally trying to scam me. I didn't realize this until it had been almost 2 months and I still haven’t gotten my loan information, that was because the guy got fired and all of my paperwork was lost. I tried calling dozens and dozens of times with no calls back because they were always “busy”. This went on for weeks until someone finally called me and got it sorted out. Now I am having an issue with registration and cannot get ahold of them once again! I have had countless issues with this dealership and I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this place unless you’re trying to get scammed and never receive any help when you need it. More

My clock goes to 7:00 every time I get in my car. They couldn’t figure out how to fix it. After sitting there for 2 hours they promised to look into it & let me know when they found something out. I went in with Costco car appointment. Immediately told that would not get me the best deal. Although we said we had time limit it took over an hour to get actual numbers for our purchase. Very evasive with numbers - wouldn't show what they were offering for trades, refused to give numbers on paper and at the end had to ask at least 7 times for the keys to the cars to leave. To top it off, the GM got mad and used the word ghetto xxxx and xxxxxx - the sales person repeated it through the glass. Read all reviews before wasting your time here. This place is disgusting! More
