It was a pleasure to deal with Tomy at Acura Highland Park.. they did not push any unnecessary services on my car, and they were very professional and efficient . I’d advise anyone to stay away from this dealership. They hold 0 integrity and are all about then dollar. My cars been serviced 4x in 4 months of owning with less than 2k miles put on it. I bought a used car from Acura Highland Park on June 28, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. During the sale, I pointed out damage to the side mirror. The salesperson and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. During the sale, I pointed out damage to the side mirror. The salesperson acknowledged it and casually said it could be "touched up." I was told the car was otherwise in good condition, aside from a spoiler issue they agreed to repair. Within just 2 days of taking the car home, I realized the mirror wasn’t just scratched — it was structurally broken and unsafe, hanging loose and at risk of falling off. When I contacted the dealership, they denied any responsibility and claimed the damage must have happened after the sale, which was completely false. The finance manager even told me it was my responsibility as a buyer to spot all issues during a short test drive — while their own inspection missed this. Communication was a nightmare. I reached out multiple times via text and phone and got no response. When I brought the car in for the spoiler fix, I was given a loaner vehicle. A week passed without any updates. Then out of nowhere, I got a call telling me to return the loaner immediately because it had been sold. When I asked about the mirror repair, I was told “everything was done” — which was a lie. To make matters worse, the sales manager threatened to report the loaner as stolen to the police if I didn’t return it right away. From start to finish, the sales managers and finance director were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They misrepresented the car’s condition, ignored a safety issue, and made zero effort to resolve anything. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership — there’s no accountability, no customer service, and they clearly don’t stand behind what they sell. More
