Over 4 hours for a single tire change and over 2 hours for an oil change. BOTH SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE (after they cancelled my first oil change appointment on me when I showed up). WOULD NOT FULLY HONOR THE for an oil change. BOTH SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE (after they cancelled my first oil change appointment on me when I showed up). WOULD NOT FULLY HONOR THEIR WARRANTY for the tire with under 15,000 miles. First oil change - they called me to come in even though the car's maintenance system didn't say to yet. I told them so, they said come in anyway, so I did. When I got there, they said there aren't enough miles on the car yet so no oil change. When I actually did the first oil change, the sales team had made a big point about how maintenance is covered for the first 2 years when I signed the lease. Liars. Only *oil changes*. They decided I needed another mandatory first year service too. I don't remember the cost exactly, it was a 3 figure number. 2nd oil change - they called me to cancel and reschedule my first appointment then took over 2 hours to finish a simple oil change that I had an appointment for. Tire replacement - I got a screw in the side of my tire and made an appointment to get a new tire. After 90 minutes waiting, I asked what was taking so long. They had only just then determined that because the screw was in the side, it couldn't be fixed (which we had literally discussed on the phone). So they asked me to sign the almost $600 replacement quote, and I reminded them about the warranty I bought at *this* dealership that I also mentioned on the phone. Now they "need to get the expense approved." 30 minutes later, they come in to say the replacement is approved but they need to charge me $250 for the alignment that's needed with a new tire. It took me under a half hour to get the spare on in a parking lot in a thunderstorm but over 3 hours for this shop to change a tire and not honor their warranty. After the second oil change they kept texting me asking me to post a review and I was kind enough not to, but after the tire change, here's your review! I spent over a decade fantasizing about this car but now I can't wait until my lease ends so I can get away from this dealership and brand. More
It was a pleasure to deal with Tomy at Acura Highland Park.. they did not push any unnecessary services on my car, and they were very professional and efficient .
