Lots of scheduling confusion, disjointed internal communication,and understaffing turned a 1 day repair into 4 days. All because they failed to fix it right the first time. Pauly Acura in Highland Park has been great to us, I only wish I was offered a loaner car while my brakes were being worked on. I sat in the dealership from 10:00 am until 4:15 pm. My service seemed very expensive compared to prices in the passed. I waited three hours for my car which I found unacceptable. I should have been offered a loaner and gone home. I had significant service work on multiple cars and can only say that Tommy is the best advisor I've come across in many years. We needed a new car mirror quickly so we decided to pay out of pocket and go to the dealership. Big mistake. Four full business days later, they don't have the correct part, and they aren't sure when it w out of pocket and go to the dealership. Big mistake. If they don't get the part tomorrow morning I will pick up the car and take it to a competent auto repair shop that respects its customers. This has been ridiculously poor customer service, and when I called to complain to a manager, no one was available. They wouldn't give me email or a phone number. More
