Brought my MDX in for an issue with collision avoidance system. Was assured it was fixed with a software update for which I was charged. Picked up car and warning lights were still on in dash. After calling back I was told that I could bring it back again and wait but because my car is older loaners are not available due to recalls on newer vehicles. Seems my time has no value to Acura. I purchase Acuras (4th Acura) and service at the dealership because I need a car when mine needs repairs. BMW while more expensive to maintain at least provided a higher level of service and pretended to care. My last Acura. More
