We just bought our 3rd Acura car from this dealership. We live in Mequon, Wi which is good 30 min drive to this dealership, but we always prefer to do the car service at the service center. Overall repair service was great,however I did not agree with the fact that I had to pay a diagnostic fee for this when there was an update to the engine, and transmission that was needed. I feel that this should have been covered under the power team warranty for my truck. Also my loan vehicle was really dirty, and I ended up detailing the interior myself. There pet hair, coffee spill so aims, and dirty seats, doors panel, and the interior windshield was covered with that same coffee spill. More

We don’t live in southeastern WI any longer but are willing to make the drive to Acura of Brookfield. They set the bar for dealerships and service.
