I dropped-off my RDX, thinking I had scheduled an appointment on-line, but it didn’t appear at the Service Department. Nevertheless, Dan was excellent and very accommodating. Bought my mdx from someone who brought her Acura in for every service it needed- never went anywhere else. This is the nicest car I’ve owned a little pricey for me but the car is absolutely fantastic, the service provided by Acura is great and you really take care of your customers. I find that since I’m young, I get treated like a child and you didn’t make me feel like that. May I ask- I was asked if I wanted my car washed off. Is that a free service when you come in when your car in serviced. I was not told...so I turned it down! Thank you and I’m so excited to be in the Acura family!!! More

Adam in the service area was great to work with. He created me by name, had paperwork ready, asked if I had any other concerns about my car other than the recall work that I was there for.
