I told him my car was needing some maintenance, as it was in need of four new tires. Michael showed me the dealer "loaner" vehicle, which was just about to be put up for sale. It's a beautiful, top of the line, 2015 TLX with low mileage. He told me it was going to be sold for an amazing price in a couple of days. He encouraged me to test drive it, even letting me use it for the day! I picked up my husband for lunch in it, so he could have a look at what I was considering. We both decided it was a great deal and huge upgrade for me. I knew the car would be sold to someone else if I mulled it over for a few days. I returned to the dealership, and we made a deal. They gave me a very fair value on my trade-in, and I got what looks and feels and smells like a brand new car for an amazingly low price! Unbeknownst to me, Michael got it thoroughly detailed and washed while I did my paperwork. Michael never pressured me to buy a new car; he merely showed me what was surely The Deal of the Month! He was so nice and pleasant during my initial, albeit brief, period of indecision and giddiness. He was the easiest salesperson in the world to work with. I am so happy with my new car!
