Everyone was very polite and helpful with the purchase of my new vehicle. Communication between me and finance department wasn’t good at all. I took the time to get approved from my bank before I went to the my new vehicle. Communication between me and finance department wasn’t good at all. I took the time to get approved from my bank before I went to the dealership. I also got gap insurance coverage before my purchase. He did his own thing and didn’t listen to the customer. I found him to be very unprofessional and he turned what should have been a great day into a stressful bad day. More
