My understanding is that Scanlon Acura is now Acura of Fort Myers and no longer associated with the Scanlon family (FYI). I made a service appointment with Acura of Fort Myers in response to a vehicle rec Fort Myers and no longer associated with the Scanlon family (FYI). I made a service appointment with Acura of Fort Myers in response to a vehicle recall notice for a “brake pin issue”. I was advised that the inspection would require an hour. The inspection was almost two hours long and no one came to explain the reason for the delay as I waited at the dealership and no apology was offered when my car was ultimately delivered. :( More
