Just had a service appointment for oil change, transmission fluid drain and fill, brake fluid change, and front and rear brakes installed. During the service they discovered the timing belt tens transmission fluid drain and fill, brake fluid change, and front and rear brakes installed. During the service they discovered the timing belt tensioner was leaking during the inspection and notified me of the concern. Timing belts in Acura/Honda are mission critical and the technicians noticed the issue before disaster occurred as loss of belt tension can cause failure leading to critical engine damage. Joshua my service advisor let me know and we scheduled additional service to get this addressed. As a long time customer (since 2011) I have always had excellent service from Fort Myers Acura. Excellent technicians, excellent service advisors, and the service manager keeps things running smoothly leading to a great experience. This team works well together - Well done! More
