I brought it in for routine service that was indicated. The service adviser, Casey Little, was extremely knowledgeable of the car. She explained what was needed to be performed and I was in agreement with her. There were also a few other items that I wanted them to take care of and she added them to the service record. I was able to get a loaner to use while my car was being serviced. The car was ready that afternoon and she called me to let me know. I returned the next morning to return the loaner and get my car. All of the service was completed including the items I added to the list. All in all a very good experience. More

Decent human being, u r NOT! No concern for safety & life The URL that was provided to me in an email following my service experience to leave a review coincidentally keeps giving me an error that states the The URL that was provided to me in an email following my service experience to leave a review coincidentally keeps giving me an error that states the webpage is temporarily unavailable. My experience on 12/21/15 was terrible! Disgusting! I had a 9:00 am appointment for an oil change only, but didn't leave until 11:30........2.5 hours for an oil change is absurd! I understand they rotated my tires too, but that still does not justify taking 2.5 hours with an appointment. There was a lot of people in there, but the point of appointments is to help manage workloads. I understand loaner cars are available, but I never could have imagined needing one while waiting just for an oil change to get done. Next, upon leaving when I asked about the condition of my tires, which the original greeter already told me she thought they looked bad, but would get the opinion of the mechanic. The guy who processed me out stated the mechanics report read as "good/green" but would check for himself when he got my car. When he got my car, I was told they were in a state that would be recommended for a change. "They're in the yellow, on the cusp of red," and then I was told that a quote could be provided. When I reminded them that I was in Nissan's tires for life program, I was told that I had to wait until they were in the red status, or to the point where they are nearly gone. Hearing that and given that it's December, my initial response was, "but winter is coming." So on top of making people wait until their lives are in danger, this risk is now being compounded with bad weather.....it's only my safety and life at stake, as well as any other innocent bystanders who may be on the road when my tires are about to go, no biggie (sarcastically speaking)! But more importantly (to me), the safety and life of my 1st born at only 9-months old. I honestly do not know how a decent human being could look me in the face while my 9-month sat on my lap and say to me, "yea, well drive cautiously," knowing or in the opinion that I was in need of new tires now, yet would have to wait until they got really really bad with winter season upon us. That is beyond bad service, that is a lack of human decency. I understand there are terms to the program of when tires can be replaced, but (in this circumstance) those are merely words on a paper and NEVER should they hold more value than the safety and lives of customers, or anybody for that matter. In situations like this, Nissan staff should be empowered to exercise discretion and good judgement for the well being of all. It's no money out of their pocket personally and Nissan would make more money from me if I remained a satisfied and loyal customer. I'd even be more inclined to purchase another vehicle from Nissan knowing they believed my well-being and safety came first, but after this, I would not buy another Nissan, and the thought did cross my mind to consider turning my Nissan in altogether, or at the very least no longer getting my vehicle serviced there, regardless of free tires or not, if it means my life and my child's life might be at less risk because of it. You cannot put a price tag on the safety of your child.....and Nissan shouldn't put me in the position to make that choice. This makes my sick to think about...just disgusting!! More
