Quick and efficient service, very pleasant waiting area I came in for one recall notice and an oil change, and the dealer's repair shop found a second recall on my model which I didn't know about. They said I came in for one recall notice and an oil change, and the dealer's repair shop found a second recall on my model which I didn't know about. They said they could take care of both recall services and the oil change in 2 hours, and the repairs only took 1 and 1/2 hours. The waiting area is clean with comfortable chairs and a large-screen TV, and both hot and cold drinks are provided free of charge. The atmosphere in the waiting area is so nice, in fact, that all the other folks waiting for their service are relaxed and we spent the entire time chatting with each other so that it seemed like I had been there only a few moments before the service manager personally came over to me to let me know my repairs were finished. This dealership really treats its customers like gold... even AFTER they buy a car! More

Upon completion of service James came to the waiting area with my ticket and escorted me to the cashier explaining everything done. Car washed. Very professional. We have four Nissans in the family, my son, my wife, my son's wife and myself and all are serviced at Tischer. Excellent experience. Excellent service department for Nissans. It all starts with the way you are greeted when you arrive and James Grandstaff does an excellent job of welcoming you. More

Timely, informative and clean surroundings I showed up without an appointment to get my NISSAN ALTIMA serviced. It was explained to me by James Grandstaff in a very professional manner that it I showed up without an appointment to get my NISSAN ALTIMA serviced. It was explained to me by James Grandstaff in a very professional manner that it is best to make an appointment. James wrote up the information on my vehicle and escorted me to the customers waiting area. The customer waiting area is as good or better than I have experienced. It is bright, with plenty of seating, and has material to read or you can watch TV. I did not mind the wait as James had already explained that the customers with appointments would probably come first. Made perfect sense to me. When my car was finished James had it washed and he personally delivered it to me. I asked James a couple of questions I had about this particular vehicle and he took the time to not only explain my questions but he got in the car and showed me how to adjust the items I had questioned him about. Now this is what I call SERVICE! Oh, and they have coffee and snacks if you so desire in the waiting area. What more could you ask for from a car dealership? More
