Great experiences with Service Advisor Michael Powell I have been working with Service Advisor Michael Powell for about a year or so. I call him and schedule an appointment when I need service for Acura R I have been working with Service Advisor Michael Powell for about a year or so. I call him and schedule an appointment when I need service for Acura RDX. He always gets me in when it is convenient for me. When he tells me my vehicle will be completed in an hour and a half. It is always completed within that time frame. He works with me when I say I don't have the funds to get all of the work done at once. Michael always treats me like a friend and provides me with great advice. I will continue to work strictly with Michael Powell, as long as he is with Tischer Acura. Thanks, Robert Young More
