They sold a car I already had a deposit on My step-dad negotiated a price down on a Honda CR V with this dealership for me as I was working. I put down the deposit for them to hold the car unti My step-dad negotiated a price down on a Honda CR V with this dealership for me as I was working. I put down the deposit for them to hold the car until I got there in 3 days. Today, the day after I put down the deposit, they call to say they sold it. THEY SOLD A CAR THAT I PAID A DEPOSIT FOR THEM TO HOLD. When confronted, they had different stories, which means they are liars. One said they sold it from a different lot. The other said THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A DIFFERENT LOT. One said a person placed a deposit on it the day before we did and they don't seem to have a system to communicate it to their other salespeople. Another said they sold it just that morning when someone walked in, no deposit. I think someone walked in and offered a higher price that what was negotiated and they just thought "screw those people with the lower price" and threw my deposit out the window, which is not how a dealership should be run and is completely unprofessional. They already got an earful but I wanted to leave a review online as well. BEWARE. Just because you pay for them to hold it doesn't guarantee they will! More

She spent every penny (and then some) to try and fix it so she would have dependable transportaion. This place has no moral values at all! More
