My experience with scheduling this appointment was extremely frustrating but once I made personal contact with a real service advisor, the experience went smoothly. The personnel at the call center original contacts had no idea of the level of service needed for 100,000 service and told me that the service would only take 45 minutes and I could wait at the service department. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and all service on my vehicle has been at your service center, so I was unaccustomed to the lack of knowledge of the person with whom I was trying to schedule major service. I seriously looked elsewhere for service before talking to Chris Butler about my experience. More
