Our salesman was fantastic but once we got to the finance department and they found out they couldn't match our pre-approval rate with another company their entire demeanor changed. The small talk was gone, she was rude with us and due to not working with our loan company previously she refused to let us drive the new car home after a 10% down payment. I can honestly say that if it was not for taking the sale away from our rep then I would taken my money back and walked out of the dealership. Again, stating that our salesman was fantastic and felt awful about the whole situation. He arranged to have the car delivered as I live an hour and half away from the dealership. This allowed them time to find my missing second key and fix the recalls that hadn't been addressed. More
