First let me say that Ethan Smith, who was our sales person, was awesome. Unfortunately I feel the managers need more training. The told me I had to get an Ohio registration on my trade in which was n person, was awesome. Unfortunately I feel the managers need more training. The told me I had to get an Ohio registration on my trade in which was not true. Turned out it was easier to just go convert my registration to an Ohio registration myself vs dealing with the dealership! I have bought vehicles all over the US, this is the first time I have to wait on the registration for new car and then go back to the BMV to get the plates. Usually everything is mailed to me. Also, I paid cash for the new vehicle. They still ran a hard credit check on me. I was told it would be a soft credit check. It was not. Overall, the most hassle I have ever gone through buying a new vehicle. I think most of it is due to the managers not really knowing details or they just didn’t want to deal with an out of state registration. Cost me $20 bucks for the Ohio registration. A cost I shouldn’t have had to pay! More
