Acura of Memphis strives to ensure that our customers enjoy their purchase and ownership experience. Upon careful examination of the documented history on this vehicle, we see the certification completed at 3243 with almost new amounts of brake pad and rotor thickness. The next visit occurred at 11601 miles. It passed all inspections and had no mention or request of diagnosis for brake issues. We don’t show any visit at 15k miles and it did not return to our service department until 45485 miles. At this time it was in for a TPMS light issue, that was subsequently resolved with the replacement of a sensor, and still no mention of brakes. Was the vehicle taken elsewhere for brake repairs? We certainly have a great relationship with the factory and can get assistance on items brought to our attention. At each service visit, a factory VIN status is run which authorizes all work needed to be performed on the requested VIN number. If there is something that has been a lingering issue we can typically get the item covered for the client as goodwill, but don’t have any information that the client has given us this opportunity. We would be happy to get the lines of communication open and come up with a mutually beneficial resolution.

What I meant was that the breaks were worn completely out before 15000 miles. And I complained about the at the 11000 mike visit yoy mentioned. And the tpms was NOT resolved, after that we took it to Nashville because I was TIRED of getting brushed off and treated as if I were stupud. GARY Force Arura resolved the tpms after they foubd that the controle module was bad which I insisted after numerous tpms issues was likely the problem. I kept getting the brush off over that.. my car is currently at the Nashville dealership getting lower ball joints replaced which i mentioned a noise about to you guys and I was told nothing was found. And a steering column noise I asked about at my first service appointment with u guys and was told that they all sound like that. NOT TRUE. I know this because the Nashville dealership mentioned to me..

The more I read the response to my initial complaint, the I feel I am only getting MORE of the same negative " you don't know what you're talking about" brush off that led me to take my car to another dealership. Which only motivates me to pursue educating future potential customers on how they will be treated AFTER their money has been spent at Acura of Memphis.
