Great service as usual with yet, another, new service department representative! Every time I get my car worked on, over the past 2 years, I have dealt with a new service representative! At least the s department representative! Every time I get my car worked on, over the past 2 years, I have dealt with a new service representative! At least the service work is consistently good! However, when I purchase a new vehicle, it will be with a company who can maintain consistent staff. In fact, the drop down menu below allows this rating to only go to one service representative whom I would not have again. The new representative, Dave, doesn’t even have his photo in this survey option, suggesting he may no longer be working at this service center. It seems this rating is going to be accredited to a representative (Doug) I would not go back to. Frequent staff turn over speaks volumes about the integrity of a company. More
