Tried to blame me for my 2017 Acura TLX v6 which kept cutting off while driving in the middle of the highway, which put my life in da Service 👎 1. Tried to blame me for my 2017 Acura TLX v6 which kept cutting off while driving in the middle of the highway, which put my life in danger multiple times, until Acura corp did a recall and it was fixed. Initially they blamed me and wanted me to pay for diagnostic at $138 and hour. Thanks Acura of Wappingers Falls. 2. Tried to blame me for my 2019 Acura TLX v6 Aspec which it’s electrical system failed on me. Charged me $279 for a loose wire which they blamed me for, then car fails two days later the same way, while driving, leaving me in danger once again. Called Acura corporate, they got them to realize it was a recall again, battery fan, and they are fixing it now, but also trying to keep my $279 which they charged me a week before to fix this issue. Never returns calls or text messages. This place is a nightmare. Please avoid this dealership at all costs, they are just about making a quick buck and do not care about the customer at all. Service is a dead end! Safe to order parts from here, but always compare prices from other dealerships, this place can’t be trusted. They also priced me the same car I have now for close to $100 more a month (i ended up buying it from another Acura dealership). I only brought my car here for service bc it was my only option when Acura roadside service towed it. Worst experience i’ve ever had from any business in my entire life. I’ve never felt so mistreated. More

After filling out my request for 2020 RDX A-Spec, I was contacted by Shelly within minutes. My wife and I went to Wappingers Acura and were warmly greeted by Shelly who arranged for us to work with Diego w contacted by Shelly within minutes. My wife and I went to Wappingers Acura and were warmly greeted by Shelly who arranged for us to work with Diego who was very attentive & considerate of what we wanted. We spoke numbers which were very competitive. My wife wanted the Red A-spec but Wappingers did not have it. We went to another Acura & they had the color so we dealt with them. Shelly has since called me to follow up. She is such a warm and understanding person and exhibits the greatest professionalism. She expressed how happy she was that we found the color we wanted. In fact her offer was better than what we got from the other dealership. I assured her that we will definitely do business with her in the future. It was so wonderful to deal with a person like Shelly. I only wished we had done business with her. More

From my initial online contact with Shelly Catania to my final interactio Exceptional customer service is alive and well at Acura of Wappingers Falls. From my initial online contact with Shelly Catania to my final interaction with Kevin Smith everything exceeded my expectations. Shelly set up my appointment with Sales Consultant Eddie Sansone and I can not emphasis enough how much of a pleasure it was to deal with Mr. Sansone. No pressure sales pitch just someone who was accommodating to my needs. Eddie took my wife and I on a test drive thoroughly explaining every detail of the vehicle. Upon our return he provided the spec/option sheet on the different available models of the RDX. Every detail was covered. The next person we had the pleasure of dealing with was General Sales Manager Philip Giorgio. Mr. Giogio took the time to present the different financing options available as well as leasing terms should we have decided to go that route. I am grateful for Mr. Giogio's flexibility and patience, we went over financing terms and rates ad nauseam and I am confident he did everything possible to ensure we reached an agreement we were both happy with. Once an agreement was in place Eddie Sansone and the behind the scenes Team at Acura of Wappingers Falls went to work on completing the necessary DMV/Insurance paperwork making for a seamless transition from old car to new. The next Individual to carry the torch of excellent customer service was Finance Manager Kevin Smith. Kevin thoroughly went over each and every detail from the extended warranty options to the financing terms explaining each document that I was signing off on. It is a process and it does take time but Kevin made the process far less tedious as we able to engage in informal conversation sharing some mutual interests. From there it was back to Eddie Sansone, instead of just handing me the keys and sending me on my way Eddie took the time again to go over the features of the vehicle, got me set up on my AcuraLink account, took pictures of my son and I with the car then escorted me down to the Service department to meet the members of the Service Staff. In addition to the aforementioned, I'd also like to make mention and recognize the ladies at the reception desk who were warm and inviting asking if my family would like to partake in any of the available treats the showroom had to offer.
