After coming up here and spending a few hours with Charlie we decided on a different car than we came into see. But Charlie and the entire staff made us feel comfortable and that is really important. They worked out a great deal for us and we are so excited about our new car. The car buying experience was amazing they let us go home and think about it and we never felt pressured to sign anything or buy when we weren't ready like we had at other dealerships. Rare honesty and a deal... very happy camper here ! I searched online for a deal. After finding Adams Auto Group under the Make and Models I was looking at, I didn't need to search any further for a dea I searched online for a deal. Vito, my 2nd car purchase sales person was just as knowledgeable and pleasant as my 1st purchase. I told him what I wanted and he told me the pros and cons of the selection I had picked out. We test drove a vehicle that he knew all about and I told him, nope, this is not my car. I would know my car when I saw it and drove it He told me, I was the one purchasing the car and I was the one who needed to be satisfied. I knew when I saw the 2010 Lexus 250 this would be the car I would purchase. He made our purchase so pleasant and easy, I just sat back in the chair and he had everything in front of me in a matter of 15 minutes.
