I'm A Superstar I went in to look at a silver 2011 Honda Civic and it was already started and prepared for me to test out upon arrival. Randy, my salesman, treated me respectfully and did not take advantage of someone like myself, a young woman. He was patient and very honest about the questions I had regarding the car. He was sure to pay attention to detail, and even helped me test out the alignment to ensure it was driving smoothly. The guy who helped work out my financing for my loan was extremely polite and patient with me in explaining every question I had regarding my money and loan. My ONLY complaint is about the guy who took my registration to transfer my tag over--although he was kind to me personally, he was very unprofessional in his mannerism toward Randy and treated him with disrespect right in front of me. Had I not dealt with Randy that day, I probably would not have driven away in my AWESOME new Honda (although I did find out upon inspection that they did not replace the headlight assembly which was melted by the bulb, so that sucked). not satisfied with car. Salesman was great. Purchased an 84 300ZX Long distance. I asked 3 times if everything worked and was told yes. When the car arrived, had to jump it off to get it off the truck. Temp sensor was bad, gas door does not release, brakes need replacing, cruise control does not work, rear louvers coming off of car, wipers needed replacing, car was extremely dirty. New salesman, Randy G., didn't know any better. If this is the way you sell your cars, you won't be around long. I paid top dollar for this car and expected better. More

Not what we expected After going to several car dealerships we found Adams, at first we were excited and impressed with the selection. The car we purchased needed some wor After going to several car dealerships we found Adams, at first we were excited and impressed with the selection. The car we purchased needed some work done we agreed to getting the work done that day and leaving with the car. After completing the loan process, we waited on our car to be worked on. We waited 4 hours, the work was sub par, and the car was not cleaned. We called the following week about the car and the work that was completed which was supposed to fix the error code. Our sales person never called us back and after repeated times of calling we finally got the answer that they would look at it when we came back to get our tag. Our 30 day tag expired over 2 weeks ago and we still have not received it, and on top of that the error code is still not fixed. Very upset about buying our first car from this place! More
