Busy place on a Saturday. The buying process took about 4 hours but the waiting room was comfortable for me and the wife to sit and talk together. All in all it was a positive experience and I got the car that I wanted. I orginally had some negative feedback becasue oncwe I learned how to read my BMW on board computer, it was telling me that the car was passed due for oil change service. While I feel that this is the soprt of stuff that should have been covered before selling a car, I called Chris at Adams Auto and explained my situation. he quickly and easily apologised for the inconvenience and told me to bring it by anytime and they will give me a full oil service for the car. They took care of business and I appreciate that! More

The Toyota truck that was advertised had many more things wrong with it than advertised. Sold me a vehicle with a CarFax that was 1yr old and none of the rear lights worked even though he swore it passed NC' wrong with it than advertised. He said this was the strictess in the country (direct quote from Mr. Mack) I have written proof that I would be reimbursed for a part as soon as I sent him the invoice, as of today, all I have received is the BIG BRUSH OFF!!! I would NEVER EVER get a vehicle here again, even if they gave it to me for free. If do any money, get it before you leave the lot or will never ever see it again$$$ More
