I found this dealership online with the truck i had been looking for. I called and spoke with Mr. Dunlap. He was very professional over the phone. I had a great experience at the first visit. Purchased my truck but needed a few things that had to be ordered. It's been 2 months and I have not received what I was owed. I have researched myself for the it truck but needed a few things that had to be ordered. It's been 2 months and I have not received what I was owed. I have researched myself for the items and found several. I have had to call every week for the past 2 months to keep in them. Even spoke to a manager that promised they would have me my items that day. Now they want me to purchase them and they reimburse me. I don't have money to do so and it's not my responsibility to. I do NOT recommend these folks to anyone looking for a used vehicle! I'm very very disappointed. Poor management and sales. More
Ms. Tatiana had it going on. Her sparkling personality is what really brought me in look at the cadillac. She ddoesn't make it feel like you are going into a business but more like visiting an old friend. Sh what really brought me in look at the cadillac. I purchased a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica SUV with Adams Auto Group on Oct. 9 salesman Teddy Williams. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of the vehicle. Finance manager, Mr. Rene Acuna, went to bat for m Group on Oct. 9 salesman Teddy Williams. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of the vehicle. Finance manager, Mr. Rene Acuna, went to bat for me with the financial service and had my car payments lowered and he added in a 90 day service plan for just in case. I am very grateful to the both of them and it turned out to be a very good experience for me. More

Finally what a pleasure working with the Adams Auto Group. Thomas the sales person was not pushy or just trying to get me into anything. I felt very comfortable. After being sick and out of work for Group. Thomas the sales person was not pushy or just trying to get me into anything. I felt very comfortable. After being sick and out of work for 2.5 years my credit was somewhat challenged. Thomas did everything that he could to get me into something that I was comfortable with. The process was great. I picked up my car this morning and have not looked back. I would recommend Thomas and the Adams to anyone looking for a nice clean car. More
I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic in January 2013. I went to another dealership recently to trade my car and I was informed that it had been in an accident and has FRAME DAMAGE which showed up on an AutoCheck r another dealership recently to trade my car and I was informed that it had been in an accident and has FRAME DAMAGE which showed up on an AutoCheck report. This information was not disclosed to me when I purchased the car. In fact, I was given a "clean" CarFax report. I contacted Adam's and spoke with Teddy and he stated they were not aware of this but this is not true. Adam's purchased my car from an auction and it was announced at the auction that the car had frame damage. So, how did they not know? Anyway, Teddy told me to bring my car to the dealership and they would "make it right" and help me get another car. Needless to say this did not happen. Going there a second time was a JOKE !!! I recently took my car to the local Honda dealership and once again was informed that my car had been in a pretty significant accident and has way more internal damage than just the frame. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING A CAR FROM ADAM'S AUTO GROUP. BEWARE....read all reviews!!! More
