I originally avoided going to Adams Toyota for service bc family has not been impressed with wait times for simple service like oil change (like waiting 2 hours). I told Ryan my issue as I left Honda and pulled into Toyota and he quickly fixed my problem and my car was done in 10 minutes!! Thanks Ryan for taking care of me so efficiently!! More

Went to purchase tires I called ahead and had to leave a message- no return call. I arrived and was able to get right in as only my car was in line and two people in lobby a I called ahead and had to leave a message- no return call. I arrived and was able to get right in as only my car was in line and two people in lobby area took over two hours to get new tires - very frustrating - during this time others arrived and even left ahead of me - multiple times I heard service agents coming in or discussing on the phone additional items that were needed for their repairs. And yes mine did too. Disappointed in how service tech handled people and the amount of time it took to get four new tires. More
