An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing. While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

I bought my car 3 years ego and had many reason to visit the service area. No matter what the situation from small to large they are so good at their costumers service. First Dave Forbs was helping me and I would only deal with him because he was great, he left to a new department and now Lori is one that always helps me out and I have to say as busy as she is she always keeps a smile on her face and has time to listen you, trying to get you out as fast as she can. I would only deal with her now because to me her t service is the best. I go there mostly for the service and it is worth every penny.

I had a minor accident a couple of months ago. The insurance company sent an adjustor to look at my car. The cost sounded high so I asked where I could go for another estimate and was told to try Admiral. They checked the damage and the estimate was within a couple of dollars of the other estimate. They explained that some parts would have to be removed to be repainted and that was the reason for the cost being higher than I thought it should be. After I left the car for repair they found a little more damage than the adjustor had seen and had him come to their shop and he agreed to the additional work. The first check was payable to me, which I signed over to Admiral and then they arranged with the insurance company for direct payment of the minor addition. When I picked up the car it looked like there had never been any damage. The repair was perfect. Bob Mays Landing, NJ
