Tricky Salesman Smithtown Acura salesman was not upfront and honest with his dealing with us (new customers). When my wife and I picked up the 2014 Acura MDX, there Smithtown Acura salesman was not upfront and honest with his dealing with us (new customers). When my wife and I picked up the 2014 Acura MDX, there were 58 miles logged in the car and the salesman concealed this by setting the odometer to Trip A. Also, when signing the mileage form, he covered the mileage on the form by pointing at the bottom of the form for us to sign covering the "58" miles. One last thing, he did not notify me that the car that I was picking up has changed. Good thing I compared and verified the Vin # and it did not match the first car that I put a deposit on. I was told by this salesman that he forgot to call me because he was too busy. I should not have bought from this dealer, my only reason why I did was because I live in Smithtown. More

Acura 2014 RDX I brought My vehicle in for the extra items that needed to be installed at the time of purchase and a scratch that needed to be fixed. The only reason I have not given a 5 in quality of work was the original scratch was not fixed but I spoke with Luanne and she was very apologetic and they want to make sure everything is taken care of to my satisfaction. "Please bring the vehicle in again and lets go over it" I have every confidence that it will be taken care of when a bring it back in. All I can say right now is everyone at this dealership is about the customer satisfaction. Salesmen and service men immediately great you with a smile and can I help you attitude.
