I have just leased my fifth Acura at Smithtown Acura. The sales department is wonderful. Rick is very professional and pleasant to deal with. Saturday afternoon I decided to take my first real ride with my recently purchased Acura. For some reason the car didn't seem quite right. As I reached Smithtown, I noticed the car seemed to be experien with my recently purchased Acura. For some reason the car didn't seem quite right. As I reached Smithtown, I noticed the car seemed to be experiencing another issue also. I was about 2-3 miles from Smithtown Acura. I called Smithtown Acura and spoke to a service adviser named Bryan. I explained my situation to him and he reassured me that everything would be OK. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by him. I immediately knew I was in good hands as he was very professional and reassuring. Even the General manger Allison Musante came by to make sure everything was OK. Since it was late in the afternoon I had to leave the car to be serviced on Monday. I was immediately provided with an Acura loaner car. Bryan stated he would be in touch on Monday. Monday afternoon I got a call saying my car had been checked out and the necessary repairs made. When I picked up the car, the required repairs were explained to me. It was a great service experience at Smithtown Acura for which I am very grateful. My future Acura needs will be handled by Smithtown Acura. More
My car is three years old and has over hundred thousand miles on – recently I brought the car in to get detailed for the winter – and there was a manufacturers defect in the paint throughout the center of miles on – recently I brought the car in to get detailed for the winter – and there was a manufacturers defect in the paint throughout the center of the car… It was not significant, [t and I didn't notice it ] the service department asked Acura corporate to repaint the entire vehicle even though I was over the manufacturers warranty and the extended warranty I purchased! Within a few weeks the car was completed and looks showroom perfect! they provided me with a beautiful and fully optioned loaner during the entire process. And kept me updated each week regarding the progress. there are not enough praises I could say to express my gratitude for their honesty and diligence in providing the best service! This is not my first car through this dealership and will not be my last – getting a car at a "great price" is fantastic until the day it needs service… It's that day that determines whether or not you received a "Great Deal" – it may sound hokey… But 4 cars later - I can always say at Smithtown Acura I have always received a "Great Deal!"
