Our salesman Brian was excellent as he described every feature on the RDX, went for the test drive with us and explained the whole purchasing process. They washed and waxed the car prior to us picking it up also. I could see the swirl marks from the waxing and had to buff them out myself, which was the only negative of the whole experience. More
