Smithtown Acura is by far my most pleasant dealership experience. I bought two acuras from them and both transactions were enjoyable. They always call and keep me updated on the status of my car and ask if i would like it washed (even if its just getting its oil changed). Any problems are always resolved within a timely matter and i never have to worry about paying for it even if it is a rattle (great warranty). I have dealt with other luxury and american car dealers and this by far blows them out of the water. The welcoming environment of both the sales and service department is a main reason why I choose to buy acuras. More

Had just walked away from a terrible experience at Paragon Acura. Called around to get the best price and met w/ Mitch. Likewise, this dealership seems to be aware that it is important to keep customers, rather than just make the deal.<br><br> My car had some small detail problems upon pick up which he immediately provided me with a credit slip for repair with a promise for a loaner.<br><br> No heavy handled sales tactics, and very little haggling. Would have liked more for my trade-in (to match the Kelly or even the Galves) but they came relatively close. Car was available within days as promised.<br><br>Overall a very smooth transaction and nice attention to details. Highly recommend this dealership! More
