CHARLIE IS AN ANGEL!!!! This would be my third time at Smithtown Acura and my first time leasing a vehicle from there. The first two times I wanted to see what my options wer This would be my third time at Smithtown Acura and my first time leasing a vehicle from there. The first two times I wanted to see what my options were but the men who helped me didnt really build that value with me they just treated me like a customer so I didnt decide to pull the trigger. This time around I went in and I wanted to trade in my lease which I got from Paragon Honda in 2013 and got screwed pretty bad. I was so afraid that nobody will ever be able to help me because nobody actually tried. I went into Lexus of Smithtown 5 minutes before and was treated very badly...the salesperson there literally told me they cant help me and I didnt even sit at his desk. So, when I went into acura, I was greeted by the pretty receptionist in front and she asked me what I wanted to do. I told her I was trying to trade in my lease and get into a new one. She then called Charlie aka THE ANGEL SENT FROM ABOVE and he immediately took me to his desk and asked me the questions he needed to ask. He was 200% honest with me and he said "well! I will try to do the best I can to get you out of this mess!" and he did! Acura bought me out of my current vehicle and into a brand new 2016 Acura ILX for the same price! I couldve cried because Charlie actually took the time to listen to what had happened and he really helped me out while other dealerships just wanted to get their $3000 paycheck and not bother to help me. The deal was made within an hour only because I was indecisive over which model I should get or else it would've taken about 30 minutes. Charlie is awesome and from now on, because of him, I believe in the Honda/Acura family again. Thank you Charlie for being the best, most honest salesman a dealership can ask for! More
