Anthony Verderosa, one of the sales executives, went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied beyond the sale of the vehicles. The service department is exceptional and efficient. I can honestly say that I have looked elsewhere for other "similar" vehicles but never found the quality and service I was used to at Smithtownacura Acura. More

Service I bought my Acura from another Acura dealer and recently moved into the area so I have my car serviced there. Brian, Luanne and all the service staff I bought my Acura from another Acura dealer and recently moved into the area so I have my car serviced there. Brian, Luanne and all the service staff are efficient and very professional. The work was done in a timely manner, which is important because I wait for my car. The only issue is the Air conditioning. There was none. In the showroom it is very cool. What is it? The important customers are the ones buying a car, not the ones that have already purchased one? I did inquire to see if it was not working and I can tell by the way my question was answered that it was not broken but simply not on, you could tell the person answering my question was not comfortable lying but did not want to discredit her employer. That is a shame. I will not be returning due to this fact only. I have left several messages for Allison the General Manager with no return phone call. How could a company as highly regarded as Acura treat their customers like this not to mention their employees?? More
