Great Experience at Continental Acura in Naperville I live 25 miles from Naperville and have a lot of car dealerships in my area, but our family drives the distance to purchase and have our cars service I live 25 miles from Naperville and have a lot of car dealerships in my area, but our family drives the distance to purchase and have our cars serviced at the Continental Mazda and Acura dealerships, due to their integrity and outstanding customer service. These dealerships first came to my attention in January 2014 due to their 5 star on-line ratings, when looking to purchase a small family vehicle, and they've earned that 5 star rating based on the compassion and service they've extended to our family. (We purchased a new 2014 Mazda 3 from Continental Mazda and visit this dealership regularly for very reasonably priced oil changes and maintenance.) Two weeks ago my 2nd car was unexpectedly totaled in an accident, and we were taxed with the unforeseen expense of having to purchase a used vehicle to replace our 2nd car, while on a limited budget, due to our 3rd child starting college in the fall. Both Continental Mazda and Continental Acura were great in assisting us in this task, and we were very happy for the assistance of Robert and Steve from Continental Acura, who were able to find us a reliable used car that fit both our budget and our family. Both were great in listening to our needs, staying within our budget and showing us cars that would be a good fit for our family. When my husband had questions, Steve was very good about providing all of the information he requested, greatly easing our concerns over a "used" car purchase. We were also very thankful for the dealership's 30 day, 1,000 warranty on used vehicles, which we didn't find at any of the other dealerships we visited. Also, Jerry was extremely helpful when completing the paperwork to finish the sale. He was able to offer us an extended warranty at a very good price, and he really helped us to work through the decision making process, without pressuring us. We really value the way the Acura team came along side us and made the difficult experience of having to replace our 2nd car, so much less stressful. More

I met Kevin Ahlert when I went inside & all I can say is that I bought my acura RL that day. He was very professional, courteous, & a great person to work with when purchasing my car. Any problems I had about the car were resolved in a timely manner, he answered questions I had & took it upon himself to make my car buying experience very pleasant ! Getting an equote I was browsing online for cars and search for a dealer near my home and came up with continental acura. Searched through the inventory and found 1 2015 available. Filled the request for an online quote and the online rep responded immediately. The quote giving online was different from the price I was giving from the salesman. I was told the vehicle that I was quoted for was sold, well that was interesting considering the inventory online stated there was only one 2015 MDX and when the online representative called he told me it was only one 2015 MDX left so hurry. I feel like I was given some bad info and I will just take my business else where. Stick to your word. More

We were in th I just wanted to take the time to thank Tom Trulis, Mark Pisoni, and Ernie Alvarez for our outstanding buying experience in March 2015. We were in the market for a new vehicle, and were not initially sure of which vehicle we wanted to purchase. We spent a great deal of time researching our decision. I initially met with Ernie Alvarez a few days before the purchase, as I was looking to get a quote on our trade-in. Ernie was very pleasant, and offered us a fair price on the trade. Since my wife was going to primarily drive the new vehicle, she went out and test drove 2 other makes, and a 2016 Acura MDX at Continental. Immediately, she fell in love with the MDX. What impressed me the most was that after her test drive, there were no immediate pressuring phone calls from the staff. I instead reached out to Tom Trulis (who had shown her the vehicle), indicating that we were interested in the vehicle. Tom is truly a pleasure to deal with. He cares about the customer, and was completely honest and fair during the process. In order to keep our purchasing options open, we did visit another local Acura dealer, a dealer who previously earned our business for a past Acura purchase. At the other dealer, we felt we were being played and ended up walking away On our way out the door, I contacted Mark Pisoni and told him that we were on our way to Continental to work out a deal. Mark Pisoni is a true professional who clearly wanted to earn our business. In the hours before the purchase, we primarily dealt with Mark, who was able to get us the price that we were looking for. To sum it up, everyone we dealt with at Continental should be commended. We are very happy with our purchase, and would recommend Continental Acura to anyone looking to purchase a new Acura. They treat their customers with respect, and offer great customer service. More
