I was recomended to this dealership based on the great shop. I have for the last two years used the shop and they have lived up to their reputation. The sales departments is a whole different story. If Larry Ladd is an indication of the whole staff I will never buy here again. The prices are good but Larry offered one price for a trade-in then at the closing changed it. I should have walked away but the wife was in love with the car. if you go here get your trade-in offer in writting since the salespersons word is worth nothing. This is what the sales manager asked when I related the issue - Did you get that in writting? oh well leason learned but be carefull if you go here. More
