I recently purchased my second vehicle from Ettleson Cadillac an I have to say that purchasing at Ettleson was the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. Working with the General Manager Frank Cadillac an I have to say that purchasing at Ettleson was the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. Working with the General Manager Frank Amadeo and sales person Bill Sharkey was a very positive experience. Bill Sharkey was so personable and helpful. Also , since I purchased a very high tech vehicle, (an Escalade) Ettleson has staff that will instruct you on how to use it all. I’m a 65 year old, low tech, old school female but that meant absolutely nothing to Luis Alvarado. He’s a very patient young man. He taught me everything I needed to know about my Escalade. Just like Mr Amadeo and Mr Sharkey, Luis Alvarado was very professional. Now for the Finance department. And that would be Katie. And what I would say is WOW ! She made things very easy and understandable for me. So, if you purchase a vehicle at Ettleson Cadillac expect the staff to be professional and helpful during the entire process. Aka AWESOME! I would absolutely return in the future and purchase from Ettleson Cadillac. More
