The worst place ever to get your car serviced My engine light was on. The guy who checked me in told me that four things was necessary for my light to be turned off. One month later I gets a lett My engine light was on. The guy who checked me in told me that four things was necessary for my light to be turned off. One month later I gets a letter from Chevrolet stating that they are having problems with the exact thing that I have already paid for and that they will cover my diagnostic and service and parts if I had already paid for these things. I went to take the letter to the manager at Hawks Chevrolet bridgeview and he told me I can only get a fraction of what I paid back because the other things I paid for was not necessary but only recommended. I told him that the guy who checked me in told me I needed these things to turn my check engine light off and the manager said nope they were just recommended I am not giving you any more of your money back. I then pleaded with him telling him over and over again that his guy told me I needed these to turn my light off but he would not do anything about it. I believe Hawk Chevrolet Bridgeview deliberately deceive me and beat me out of my money and to add insult to injury I went to a different Chevrolet dealership to get an oil change and they only charges one price for the same two services that Hawk Chevrolet Bridgeview charge me two separate charges for. If I could give Hawk Chevrolet bridgeview negative 50 stars I would. More

Great reliable service with a smile. My car had some electrical issues. They were able to diagnose and correct the problem in a timely matter and washed my car!!
