Horrible experience, i never want another Chevy Took my car in for service because the engine went out which was under warranty, with initially speaking with them they explained it might be my fault Took my car in for service because the engine went out which was under warranty, with initially speaking with them they explained it might be my fault instead of checking,which after research proved it wasnt my fault. It took them two weeks to fix my car and i had to call and plead with them for a rental they didnt offer initally. Once my car was finished i discovered tech working my car broke the stabilization bar that keeps my hood up in air and was rude about it when brought to his attention and told me that it wasnt his fault. Few weeks later my air and heat stopped working in my car which had been working fine prior. When i toom back to dealer they explained that it would cost to check this issue and that it was nothing that they did wrong. More
