Good service. Jeffery Merlo was very pleasant and courteous. He explained what services were needed and the reason for the services in a very professional manner. The only problem i had is when my car was ready and i went to get it, instead of the technician taking my car to me (as they normally do) he was handing me the key to go get my car. Another technician told him that he should go get the car and bring it to me in the front. Very odd. More
